2. JENNIFER ANISTON
Another big name in the biz who supports the Pilates practice is non other than Jennifer Aniston. The stunning “Friends” star seems to age oh so gracefully (which we think is very unfair by the way) and, she has been voted countless times to have one of the sexiest bodies in Hollywood.
Well, now her workout secret is revealed.
Jen says “I’m a Pilates person. It’s great. I had a hip problem. I had a chronic back, a pinched nerve and a hip problem and it’s completely solved all of it. I love it. It makes me feel like I’m taller.”

Both on and off screen, Kate Winslet has a terrific body that ladies all around globe would die for.
She has admitted that she doesn’t take part in “going to the gym” however, her personal favourite for a full-body burn is practicing Pilates in the comfort of her own home every single day for around 20 minutes.
That is literally all it takes, it’s that simple!

Something that you may not know about this international superstar is that she suffers from a chronic pain disorder called “Fibromyalgia” due to a traumatic accident during one of her global tours in 2012 – 2013.
It has been a tough road to recovery for this talented pop icon but one thing that Gaga has admitted to over the years is her love and passion for Pilates.
